If you’re a business owner, your business is the key to getting where you want to go in life. What do you want?
That’s where we come in. We’re accountants and tax advisors for small businesses, based in Medway, Kent but working for clients nationwide.
We’re committed to making your business work for you. So that it’s not a problem (and a business going badly can quickly become a nightmare) but an enjoyable and successful experience.
We don’t just deal with your accounts and tax (looking backwards) – we look forwards and help you with planning your future and giving you the right financial information to help you get there.
Everyone’s different, so we’ve got a range of accountancy support plans for you to pick from. We can create a plan just for you if you like, but most people find that one of these suits them down to the ground.
Our plans contain the right mix of accounting services that your business needs at that time. These include company accounts, year-end tax returns, bookkeeping, company formations, company secretarial, self-assessment & personal tax returns, payroll, management accounts and VAT.
Once we’ve worked out what you need and what’s best for you, prices are fixed and paid in affordable monthly direct debits.
We help small businesses across a wide range of sectors from property to contractors, and retail to financial services.
We focus on tax planning strategies and tax saving advice for individuals or businesses working in the property sector. Property tax is a complex area and how your businesses tax structure is carried out could have a massive effect on your overall tax bill.
We believe in putting you, our client, first. And we’re not just content to do the basics and call it job done – we have a mission to help you get to where you want to get in life. We all have dreams and ambitions, and a successful business can be the key to making those dreams come true.
We have an office in the Medway City Estate with plenty of free parking, but we’re also happy to come out to meet you at your premises if that’s easier for you, whether you are in Maidstone, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham or anywhere in between. (Having said that, because we know how many distractions hit business owners throughout the day, we recommend coming to the office so you can get away from the slings and arrows and take some time out to think about your business).
Of course, not all our clients are local, and our investment in technology makes us online accountants, meaning that distance is no longer a barrier. We can communicate and share information securely with you wherever you happen to be.
We’re massive fans of cloud-based accounting solutions and are specialist Xero accountants, however, we recognise that not everyone works this way (at the moment – let’s see if we can persuade you otherwise…) and we’ll do our best to work around whatever your systems happen to be.
As a practice, we’re members of the Institute for Financial Accountants and the Certified Public Accountants Association, so you can rest easy knowing we’re well-regulated, up to date with new developments, and carry full insurance.
“Outstanding service, always prompt, professional, precise and good value. Highly recommended.”

Medway, for all its faults (and let’s be honest: it definitely has some), is turning into a great place to do business. The road and rail networks make getting up to London or heading off to other parts of the country relatively easily.
Add to that the high streets and business estates, with the resources and expertise that they bring together, and Medway has got a good thing going on. On top of all that, there’s the castle, cathedral, dockyard and many other attractions bringing tourists to the area and generally making it a pleasant and interesting place to be.
On a wider perspective, Kent as a county combines breathtaking views, historic sites of interest and a nearness to London and the continent. Not only a great place to do business, but a great area of the country to live in.
Famed for its White Cliffs of Dover and Canterbury Cathedral, the seat of the Archbishop of Canterbury, Kent is the gateway to Europe for the UK. With a rich history stretching back many thousands of years Kent, also known as the “Garden of England”, benefits from its proximity to London and enjoys a growing and vibrant economy.
Kent has a real mix of industries, from the heavily industrialised North at Northfleet and Cuxton to the coastal towns of Dover and Folkestone.
